I will work with you as a whole person to find and create a space for change and growth. In this busy world it can be incredibly difficult to pause and see with clarity how to be who we want to be. It is my belief that change is possible. Counselling and psychotherapy is one way to begin that change you are searching for. I know that you are the expert on your own life.

In listening deeply alongside asking questions I will reflect aspects of you which may struggle to be known. I know the importance of feeling heard and understood in relation to another. I am Psychodynamically trained in the understanding of how our histories shape us and how we might find ways to reconnect with ourselves.

Fees

My fee for a standard 50 Minute session is £40, I also offer an introductory £20 session of 40 minutes for us to have a talk and find out if I am the right counsellor for you. Finding the right fit is important.
